๐Ÿ”‘View and Edit Customer Contact Information

To view Customer contact information, invoices, quotes, and see which of your contacts are signed up to receive notifications for that customer, select "More Details" from the Customer List on your Home page.

Adding/Editing Contacts

From this view, you are able to update contact information for your Customers.

Customer Contacts

You can add, edit, or remove from this screen.

Add New Contact

If you would like to add a Customer contact, select "Add New Contact".

Edit/Remove Customer Contacts

To edit or remove customer contacts currently listed, select the contact you wish to update.

In the next screen, you can update the contact or mark the contact as "inactive", which will remove them from the account.

Adding Partner Contacts

The view will default to Partner contacts that are already associated with this Customer.

If you would like to add a contact to this Customer that's already on your account, select the "All Contacts" option from the dropdown and select "Add to X Customer".

If you don't see the Partner contact on that list, select "Add Reseller Contact"

On this screen, fill out the contact information and select "Save & Back". This will add the new contact to both your Partner contacts and to the Customer account.
