To view all of your invoices, select the Invoices tab at the top of your Portal screen.
If you'd like to view invoices for one specific customer, select "More Details" next to that customer in your customer list from your "Home" page.
In the invoices list, the company name of your customer will be in the "Customer Company" column as shown in the example below:
Invoices can also be filtered by Pending, Late, Paid, or All Invoices by using the dropdown.
If you have a lot of invoices (or customers!) 😉, you can also use the search bar to search by company name.
You can also use the Settings button (1) to select the visible columns or the Download button (2) to download an Excel or PDF copy of your invoices.
The Due Date, Amount, and Status, are also conveniently listed all on this same screen for easy review and navigation!
Select the invoice you'd like to pay.
Select "Pay Now" to pay by credit card.
The payment screen will appear and you can enter your credit card information and select "Pay".
Once the payment has been processed, you will be sent an email confirmation. The invoice will reflect as paid shortly following payment and can be printed with it being reflected as "Paid".
You can also print a copy of the invoice to save it as a PDF if you need to send it someone else for payment by bank transfer or check.
