➕New Customer Quotes
You can request a quote for a new end user right in your portal! 🎉
We have all of your information, so all you have to do now is fill in the new end user's information!
Select the "Request New Customer Quote" button from your Home Page.
In the following screen, enter the new end user's information and the subscription you would like to request a quote for.
Enter the required end user information:
Add End User Company Name - This is the company name that will be assigned to this end user's account and license.
Add Primary End User Contact - We require at least one end user contact name and email, which we have more information about here: Why Does Patch My PC Require a End-User Contact (Web view)
Next, enter the subscription information:
1) Select the subscription level from the dropdown.
2) Select the subscription length from the Duration dropdown.
3) Enter the requested device count.
Finally, enter the invoicing email.
If you'd like to request multiple quotes, enter that in the comments box to the right!
If your customer is an educational institution, government, or non-profit organization, select the appropriate option using the checkboxes.
Select "Submit & Back" and a member of the sales team will get back to you with a quote shortly!
